Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage Includes:

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Water damage from extreme off-road use or submersion
  • Connector damage caused by applying grease

Warranty Claims: All claims require submission of an after-sales form.
Moisture and condensation under normal use (without modifications) are covered.
Any modifications, customizations, or misuse void the warranty.

What Does Our Warranty Cover?
Our 12-Month Warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects – Any issues due to flaws in materials or workmanship.
  • Product malfunctions – Failures occurring under normal usage conditions.
  • Defective components – We will replace or repair any faulty parts free of charge.

This warranty is applicable only to original purchasers who have purchased directly from VLANDHQ or authorized sellers.

What’s Not Covered?
While our warranty is extensive, the following are NOT covered:

  • Improper installation or modification – Damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or improper wiring.
  • Normal wear & tear – Expected degradation over time that does not affect product functionality.
  • Accidental damage & negligence – Issues caused by impact, collision, abuse, or failure to follow installation instructions.
  • Unauthorized repairs & alterations – Any repairs performed by a third party not authorized by VLANDHQ.
  • Non-authorized purchases – Products purchased from unauthorized retailers, marketplaces, or resellers.

Important Note: Warranty claims may be rejected if the product has been tampered with, misused, or installed incorrectly.

How to Claim Your Warranty
We have streamlined the warranty claim process to make it as easy as possible. Simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Step 2: Submit Proof
Attach clear photos or videos of the problem for faster processing.
Ensure that images show the issue clearly (e.g., wiring, lighting defects, etc.).

Our team will review your case within 48 hours and provide further instructions.
If additional details are required, we will notify you promptly.

Warranty Resolution Options
Once your warranty claim is approved, we offer the following resolutions based on the nature of the issue:

  • Replacement – A brand-new product will be sent at no additional cost if the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Free repair service – If a repair is possible, we will offer quick and reliable repairs at no cost.
  • Refund or store credit – If a replacement or repair is not feasible, we will offer a fair refund or store credit.

Note: The resolution offered depends on product availability, the nature of the defect, and our assessment.

Additional Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty period: 12 months from the original purchase date.
  • Eligibility: Only available for original purchasers who bought from VLANDHQ or an authorized seller.
  • Non-transferable: Warranty is only valid for the original buyer and cannot be transferred.
  • Shipping responsibility:
    • If the issue is covered under warranty, VLANDHQ will cover shipping costs for replacement or repair.
    • If the claim is not covered, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
