Return & Refund Policy

At VLANDHQ.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make the return and refund process as simple and transparent as possible.

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team at vlandhq@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Return & Warranty Policy

We take pride in our strict quality control standards. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of delivery (as per tracking information).

Return Window: Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us
Email vlandhq@gmail.com with:

• Order Number
• Issue description
• Product images (if required)

Important:

Do not send items to the address on the package—it is not our return address.
Items must be returned in their original condition.

Step 2: Pickup & Return Shipping
Our logistics team will arrange pickup within 1-7 days.
Customers must use our designated shipping service for returns.
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount (except for defective or incorrect items).

Step 3: Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note:
If the customer fails to return the item via our designated carrier, the return request may be closed without a refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel an Order?

Send an email to vlandhq@gmail.com on the same day of purchase.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
If the order has shipped, you can return it following our return policy (shipping costs apply).
Cancellation is not guaranteed for orders already processed.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

• The product was not installed or used.
• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 2 days).
• The wrong product was received.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact Us: Email vlandhq@gmail.com with order details and issue description.
2. Approval & RMA: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Return & Inspection: The returned item must be in original condition.
4. Exchange Processing: 

• If exchanging for a higher-value item, you will receive an invoice for the difference.
• If exchanging for a lower-value item, we will refund the difference or provide store credit.

Return/Exchange Shipping Fees:

• If the exchange is due to our error (such as a defective product or incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return/exchange is due to the customer ordering the wrong item or misuse (or damage caused by modifications), in addition to covering the return/exchange shipping fees, a $10 return/exchange label fee will be charged.

Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, take clear photos/videos and email vlandhq@gmail.com within 2 days.
If confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer a free replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked delivered, VLANDHQ is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Note: Claims must include photo/video evidence of damage. Lost packages after delivery must be reported directly to the carrier.
