Items must be returned in their original condition.
Step 2: Pickup & Return Shipping
Our logistics team will arrange pickup within 1-7 days.
Customers must use our designated shipping service for returns.
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount (except for defective or incorrect items).
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Note:
If the customer fails to return the item via our designated carrier, the return request may be closed without a refund.

If confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer a free replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked delivered, VLANDHQ is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Note: Claims must include photo/video evidence of damage. Lost packages after delivery must be reported directly to the carrier.
