Return & Warranty Policy

Return Window: Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return?

Attach clear product images if necessary.
Our team will guide you through the return process.
Important: Do not return the item to the sender's address on the original packaging. Our customer service will provide the correct return address.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Order Number
  • Issue description
  • Product images (if required)

Important:

Do not send items to the address on the package—it is not our return address.
Items must be returned in their original condition.

Step 2: Pickup & Return Shipping
Our logistics team will arrange pickup within 1-7 days.
Customers must use our designated shipping service for returns.
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount (except for defective or incorrect items).

Step 3: Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

We cover return shipping fees if:

  • You received a defective product.
  • The wrong item was sent.

The customer covers return shipping fees if:

  • You changed your mind or ordered the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged due to misuse or modifications.

If the customer fails to return the item via our designated carrier, the return request may be closed without a refund.

How to Cancel an Order?

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
If the order has shipped, you can return it following our return policy (shipping costs apply).
Cancellation is not guaranteed for orders already processed.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • The product was not installed or used.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 2 days).
  • The wrong product was received.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email vlandhq@gmail.com with order details and issue description.
  2. Approval & RMA: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Return & Inspection: The returned item must be in original condition.
  4. Exchange Processing: 
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, you will receive an invoice for the difference.
  • If exchanging for a lower-value item, we will refund the difference or provide store credit.

Exchange Shipping Fees:

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake, we will cover return shipping.
  • If the exchange is due to the customer ordering the wrong item, a $10 return label fee will apply.

Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, take clear photos/videos and email vlandhq@gmail.com within 2 days.
If confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer a free replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked delivered, VLANDHQ is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Note: Claims must include photo/video evidence of damage. Lost packages after delivery must be reported directly to the carrier.
